Visiting the Website or sending emails to the Company constitutes electronic communications. Cancellation Policy

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment. A 50% fee of the scheduled treatment will be charged for missed appointments, no-shows, or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice.

We may revise and update these Terms of Use from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them, and apply to all access to and use of the Website thereafter. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of revised Terms of Use means that you accept and agree to the changes. Jurisdiction

This agreement between you, the user, and Your Electrolysis, shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of the province of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable therein. You hereby consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the province of Alberta in any proceeding related to this agreement.
